Operations Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities:

Perform moderately complex financial calculations &/or processing related to bank operations or securities.  Will be accountable to cover a wide array of job responsibilities, during planned and unplanned absences in the area.  Perform review of associates work at the direction of the manager.  Work on special projects at the direction of the manager. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

MINIMUM:

• Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly with coworkers, managers, and business partners
• Demonstrates ability to process data accurately, while performing multiple tasks, under tight time constraints
• Demonstrates ability and knowledge to perform multiple roles within a team
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, highly proficient with excel
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail
• Demonstrates intermediate problem solving skills

PREFERRED:

• Demonstrates ability to actively participate or lead team activities or work initiatives
• Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate in writing
• Demonstrates ability to perform job functions with numerous interruptions
• Demonstrates excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Demonstrates ability to effectively participate in business partner meetings

Requirements

MINIMUM:

• Associate Degree and 3 years’ experience in financial services industry OR
• Bachelor’s degree OR
• 3 years’ experience in custody operations
• Experience with banking and/or custody systems

PREFERRED:

• 4 years of experience in financial services
• Global Plus knowledge

Work Environment

Large open cubical environment-must be able to work in close proximity to other associates.  Must be able to work in a high pressure deadline-oriented environment.

Compensation Range:

$44,790.00 - $86,510.00
