Job Description
- Define Ops requirements (SLA, exception handling, reconciliation needs, cut‑off logic, operational controls)
- Validate that the system design supports BAU operations
- Design the future-state Ops processes
- Prepare Ops for go‑live (SOPs, playbooks, readiness)
- Handle operational risk, regulatory compliance and service continuity implications
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- Minimum 10 years in banking operations
- Proven experience in remittance operations (local & cross-border)
- Strong knowledge of remittance systems and payment platforms
- Familiarity with SWIFT, CBPR+, MEPS+ and cross-border payment rails
Regulatory Knowledge
- Familiarity with MAS guidelines, AML/KYC, and operational risk frameworks
