Job Description
As a Control & Support Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Team Lead and Department Head in managing the Risk & Control framework across various operational risk programs. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining Key Risk and Controls Self-Assessment (KRSCA), Key Operational Risk Indicators (KORI), Management Risk Awareness, Incident Reporting, and Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes to ensure effective Business-As-Usual monitoring. You will provide independent oversight and credible challenge to operational risk activities, conduct root cause analysis for incidents, and support audit and regulatory engagements. You will also oversee risk assessments for overseas subsidiaries, leverage data analytics to identify emerging risks, and ensure compliance with AML/CFT guidelines and internal policies. The role involves conducting periodic reviews, updating Standard Operating Procedures, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure risk awareness and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain operational risk frameworks (KRCSA, KORI, BCM, etc.)
Perform independent assessments and escalate issues to senior management
Support audit and regulatory engagements and manage follow-ups
Conduct compliance reviews and ensure adherence to AML/CFT guidelines
Liaise with Country Compliance and internal stakeholders
Perform transactional reviews, reconciliations, and documentation checks
Update staff on regulatory and policy changes
Assist in workflow improvements and operational risk awareness initiatives
Any adhoc task assigned
Requirements
Degree-holder with 1–2 years of relevant experience in Banking & Finance
Strong understanding of operational risk management and financial regulations
Knowledge of cash management and corporate account processes
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic environment
Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Highly detail-oriented and meticulous, with strong documentation and review capabilities
