The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a cleared, full-time Operations Analyst in support of an Army Product Manager at Fort Belvoir, VA. Provide mission integration support and serve as a primary team operations coordinator. Secret clearance is required.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate possesses, and independently applies, comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments; may be assigned responsibility to participate in, or lead, project efforts to:
• Support organizational-level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders;
• Manage taskers and staffing packets;
• Develop and publish organizational-level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (Executive Summaries, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.);
• Control, manage and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.);
• Plan, resource and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.);
• Archive Operations functional documents and information;
• Represent functional leadership at meetings and conferences; and plan and manage facility requirements.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Active Secret Security Clearance.
• Associate’s degree with 10 years’ experience, OR bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to use Microsoft applications to include SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Excel, Project and Word.
• Demonstrated technical, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and able to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work with others
Desired:
• Bachelor's Degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, OR master’s degree and 8 years of experience.
• Expert knowledge and certifications in Microsoft Software Applications (Microsoft Office Specialist certificate) such as Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Planner and Teams.
• Proven ability to distill meeting minutes, technical data, and demonstration results into high-level executive correspondence and information papers.
• Proven track record of optimizing business operations through structured tasks, policies, and procedures while maintaining seamless communication across all internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in managing daily team operational activities to align technical vendor execution with project milestones.
• Previous military experience, particularly in an operations section.
• Previous experience supporting an Army Program, Project, or Product Office.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
