What You Will Do:

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Cybersecurity IGA Operations Analyst to support Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) operations. This role will focus on executing, monitoring, and supporting user access certification campaigns within the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills and an interest in identity and access management.

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support the execution of access certification campaigns using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
  • Configure and launch certification campaigns based on documented procedures and guidance.
  • Monitor campaign progress and provide status updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist managers, application owners, and reviewers with certification-related questions.
  • Track campaign completion metrics and identify overdue certifications.
  • Generate certification reports and maintain audit documentation.
  • Escalate issues, exceptions, and access review concerns to appropriate teams.
  • Validate user and application data prior to campaign launches.
  • Document operational procedures and lessons learned.
  • Collaborate with Identity Management, Security, Compliance, and Business teams to ensure certification deadlines are met.
  • Support periodic audits and compliance activities related to access reviews.

 

 

What You Will Need:

  • US Citizen 
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
  • Bachelor's degree, and minimum ONE (1) year of prior relevant consulting experience required
  • Ability to follow documented processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Basic understanding of Information Security principles.
  • Exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ, ServiceNow, Active Directory, or similar technologies

 

 

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Certifications relevant to Cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management or Identity Governance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00-$108,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
