ABOUT THIS ROLE
Apex Clearing’s Service is seeking an Operations Analyst who is empowered to build strong, trust-based relationships with our clients, challenge the status quo, create innovative solutions to traditional problems, help us streamline and automate manual processes, and to be a change-agent for the firm. Learn the financial industry while providing high-quality services to Brokerage firms and Registered Investment Advisors.
The Purpose of Your Role
You will be providing world-class customer service to firms. You will be taught a broad range of transferable product, technology, and systems skills, which will enable you to think critically about how we can improve our suite of offerings. You will provide outstanding service through telephone and electronic interactions. You will also make a meaningful impact through your inclusion in strategic initiatives and cross-company projects. You will support service questions, operational inquiries, and internal team members.
Educational Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry
Bachelor’s Degree in in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience required
Computer proficiency with Google, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Responsibilities:
Assisting partner firms via both electronic and telephone channels
Managing partner firm and end investor escalations
Create and maintain system documentation
Assist team members with client escalations
Support inquiries related to Operations
Supervisory Daily/Monthly Checklists: Ownership of several Supervisory Checklists
Tactical Projects and Support: Will facilitate projects, supervised by manager
Strict adherence to established procedures and security controls
Qualifications:
Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization
Ability to work both collaboratively and independently; ability to navigate a complex organization
Advanced analytical skills
Excellent project management and organizational skills and capability to handle multiple projects at one time
Working Environment:
This role will work in a Nightshift schedule following Central Time Zone
Can work remotely with strong and stable internet connection
Willing to work on a hybrid setup - 2x a week in office at 4th Ave, BGC, Taguig
