Supports Dallas-based business units as a trusted HR advisor. Partners with leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, performance management, employee relations, compensation, promotions, engagement, change management, and employment-law compliance. Supports tax reporting and withholding operations for brokerage clients, including preparation and correction of 1099, 1042-S, and 5498 forms; IRS filing through FIRE and IRIS; W-8/W-9 validation; cost basis reporting; reconciliations; data quality reviews; client inquiries; and process automation. Ensures accurate, timely, and compliant reporting while investigating discrepancies, IRS rejections, withholding issues, and cost basis breaks.
