Lead onboarding strategy and a team of onboarding specialists to manage end-to-end client transitions for broker-dealers, fintechs, and wealth managers. Act as senior client escalation contact, drive integrations with fintech platforms, ensure regulatory compliance, improve processes and QA, and deliver executive reporting and dashboards to optimize client experience and onboarding efficiency.

Produce regular reports and analyses to inform strategic decisions across Sales, Partnerships, Finance, and Product. Ensure data integrity, present insights to senior leadership, solve complex business problems, and improve analytical capabilities and processes.
