Mayvin is seeking an Operations Analyst III to support the United States Army and CPE Ground at Ft Belvoir, VA. The candidate will support the CPE by synchronizing and deconflicting both internal and external stakeholders to manage limited resources while supporting the government team(s). They work closely with project teams to coordinate and execute project deliverables, answer official correspondence, manage schedules and resources to meet customer expectations. Additionally, the Operations Analyst will support the CPE Headquarters with coordinating facility maintenance, warehouse activities, as well as other administrative tasks.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Secret or higher clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Must possess and independently apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments associated with a senior military headquarters office
- Support organizational level operations and information with higher headquarters, subordinate organizations, and external stakeholders
- Manage taskers and staffing packets
- Develop and publish organizational level operations functional policies and procedures, orders, Letters of instruction, other directives, and communications (EXSUMs, Information Papers, Briefings, Reports, etc.)
- Control, manage, and schedule organizational resources (conference rooms, calendars, etc.)
- Plan, resource, and support organizational events (command and staff meetings, town halls, ceremonies, etc.)
- Archive Operations functional documents and information
- Represent operations functional leadership at meetings and conferences
- Plan and manage facility requirements
- Others duty may be assigned as necessary (i.e. FOIA, International Program, Government Vehicle Driver, Safety, Security etc.)
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 6 or more years relevant experience, or Associate’s degree with 10 or more years relevant experience
- Acquisition career specialization aligned to duty assignment (i.e. Program Management, Contracting, Logistics)
- Knowledge and demonstrated skills in: Managing correspondence, preparing organizational level correspondence, schedule management, critical thinking and problem solving
