Reviews and evaluates background investigation and reinvestigation reports for USMS personnel suitability and security eligibility. Summarizes investigative issues, recommends approval or disapproval, identifies and mitigates derogatory information, resolves discrepancies through additional inquiries, and provides final adjudication recommendations using established security criteria.

Provides senior-level process analysis and operational improvement support for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts. Assesses workflows, roles, governance structures, decision authorities, and organizational interfaces supporting court security operations. Support cost analysis and development of DoD contracts and acquisition documentation (ACAT II-IV, AAPs, OTAs/MTAs). Use ACEIT to prepare POE, LCCE, CARD, ICE, CCA, BCA, and CBAs; review contractor proposals, analyze labor/overhead/ODC, provide budget and earned value guidance, and collaborate with program directors and integrated teams.
