The Team & Role
Zuora University (ZU) is a fast-paced, collaborative team responsible for building and delivering world-class training experiences for customers, partners, and internal ZEOs. We value clarity, ownership, communication excellence, and seamless execution.
As an Admin and Communication Specialist (P2), you will play a key role in supporting the operational backbone of Zuora University. This role blends communication, coordination, data management, and administrative execution. You will craft high-quality communication materials, streamline processes, coordinate with multiple internal teams, manage training operations, and support access provisioning activities.
This role is ideal for someone with strong written English skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and professionalism.
What you’ll do
- Develop and edit communications materials; email templates, linkedin posts, internal communication about Zuora University
- Following up on progress & communication and drive marketing and promotional campaigns
- Respond to email communication, resolve few queries provide solutions and have followups if required
- Work on data collection, Table creation, pivot tables, vlookups and report queries, provide data-driven insights and perform reporting requests
- Take care of some course / event publishing, provision & deprovisioning access
- Create internal communication / documentation about ZU team’s operation and processes
- Work with other departments as marketing, customer communications to get information about Zuora University to customers / partners
- Training coordination
Your experience
- 2-3 years relevant experience
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Content Management Systems (CMS) for content publishing, managing course enrollments, and tracking data
- Strong command of English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using AI tools to perfect content, different ways of prompting to get the best result from AI tools
- Experience with posting / blogging on LinkedIn
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filtering, etc.).
- Experience with tools used for user data tracking and reporting, such as SFDC / PowerBI is a plus
