Advise existing enterprise customers on optimizing Zuora’s Quote-to-Revenue platform. Develop strategic roadmaps, lead workshops, review configurations and integrations, and recommend scalable improvements that increase operational efficiency, performance, ROI, and long-term customer value. The role requires deep expertise in Zuora Billing, Revenue, and CPQ, ERP integrations, REST APIs, ETL patterns, revenue management, and enterprise solution architecture.

Develop and scale Zuora’s high-throughput, highly available subscription experience platform. Design secure APIs, backend and frontend solutions, and multi-tenant applications serving public and B2B users. Collaborate with product, operations, and vendors on architecture and requirements; deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production microservices. Lead code reviews, establish technical standards, improve operational processes, and mentor junior engineers.

Drive go-to-market reporting, business intelligence, forecasting, dashboard development, and ad hoc analysis. The role standardizes forecasting processes, maintains analytical documentation, automates reporting and data pipelines using AI-assisted tools, and delivers actionable insights to Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and executive stakeholders.

Design, build, and optimize scalable Java backend services supporting enterprise billing and revenue systems. Develop integrations with Kafka, AWS, databases, and REST/gRPC APIs; improve performance, reliability, and throughput; participate in architecture discussions and code reviews; mentor junior engineers; and collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams in an agile environment.

Advise customers on revenue recognition automation, lead discovery sessions, design tailored quote-to-cash solutions, deliver demos and executive presentations, support sales to win deals, drive adoption, and inform product strategy. Occasional travel within sales territory.

Design and secure enterprise data architectures and integrations across Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and other G&A systems. Contribute to architecture, write maintainable code, and deliver secure real-time data exchange across enterprise platforms.

Design and build scalable full-stack services and user-facing applications with emphasis on engineering fundamentals, microservices, and cloud APIs. Collaborate with Data Science and product teams to productionize AI/ML models, integrate agentic and RAG-based systems, build deployment pipelines and tooling, and maintain high code quality and observability.

Lead architecture and technical direction for large-scale distributed systems. Design scalable, secure, cloud-native services, influence multiple engineering teams, mentor senior engineers, set engineering standards, manage technical debt, and own performance, resilience, and security for critical platform systems.

Lead design, implementation, testing and maintenance of scalable integration interfaces for the Zuora Integration Hub. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners, troubleshoot integration issues, ensure data quality/security, and recommend ERP-focused solutions.

Partner with Account Executives as the payments subject-matter expert to assess customers' payment architecture, design multi-provider payment solutions, deliver technical demos and workshops, advise on payment optimization and resilience, support RFPs and POCs, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale payment solutions and influence product capabilities.

Lead GTM and revenue for Zuora Payments, build and run overlay sales motions, launch agentic payment and orchestration plays, manage partner ecosystems, drive adoption and KPIs, partner with Product on roadmap, and use AI agents to scale and document repeatable sales plays.
