This position will be out of the Cherry Hill, NJ office. It is not a remote position.
The purpose of the Operations Administrator is to perform the preparatory work and administrative duties of the Distribution and Payroll departments as well as being a company resource for issues, inquiries and/or research.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Reconcile and Research Cash Accounts/Deposits at the various platforms
- Research pending Contributions in the recordkeeping system
- Input/Import participant enrollment information in the recordkeeping system
- Process Rollovers/Exchanges transactions in the recordkeeping system
- Create and Maintain the Fee Module in the recordkeeping system
- Process Advisory Fees on a monthly basis
- Verify status of Plan Terminations and pending Distribution forms
- Review, respond and complete assigned Call Centers on scheduled basis
- Handle special projects and tasks as requested

- Retirement Plan comprehension capability
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Retirement Plan experience (preferred, not required)
- Relius Administration experience (preferred, not required)
- Retirement Plan Distribution and Payroll experience (preferred, not required)
- Preferred ASPPA PA 1, 2, 3 and Daily Valuation (can attain during 1st year at job)
