This position will be out of the Cherry Hill, NJ office. It is not a remote position.

The purpose of the Operations Administrator is to perform the preparatory work and administrative duties of the Distribution and Payroll departments as well as being a company resource for issues, inquiries and/or research.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  •   Reconcile and Research Cash Accounts/Deposits at the various platforms
  •   Research pending Contributions in the recordkeeping system 
  •   Input/Import participant enrollment information in the recordkeeping system 
  •   Process Rollovers/Exchanges transactions in the recordkeeping system 
  •   Create and Maintain the Fee Module in the recordkeeping system
  •   Process Advisory Fees on a monthly basis 
  •   Verify status of Plan Terminations and pending Distribution forms
  •   Review, respond and complete assigned Call Centers on scheduled basis 
  •   Handle special projects and tasks as requested

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Retirement Plan comprehension capability

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Retirement Plan experience (preferred, not required)
  • Relius Administration experience (preferred, not required)
  • Retirement Plan Distribution and Payroll experience (preferred, not required)
  • Preferred ASPPA PA 1, 2, 3 and Daily Valuation (can attain during 1st year at job)
