Conduct Risk and Control Self-assessments (RCSA’s) across several risks including operational, compliance and financial risks.
Implement risk management strategies and policies to mitigate identified risks.
Prepare detailed risk reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with other departments, including Compliance, Legal, and IT, to ensure comprehensive risk management across the organization.
Support the effective review of Third parties including due diligence reviews
Assist in the development and maintenance of risk management systems and tools.
Support and help embed the risk culture and the integration of the risk management framework
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex risk concepts to non-specialist stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
An understanding of Risk Management (financial or non) is a plus, particularly regulatory capital, stress-testing or regulator exposure
Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and risk management principles.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet tight timelines.
