Responsibilities:Scheduling, planning, and prioritizing of production orders
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring on-time order fulfillment
Monitoring and controlling production capacities
Identifying and actively managing bottlenecks
Coordinating with production, logistics, and related departments
Inventory planning and execution
Creating, analyzing, and interpreting relevant production metrics
Using and maintaining SAP for production and warehouse management
Supporting inventory preparation and execution
Optional: Visualizing and further developing KPIs with Power BI
You don’t need to bring everything – willingness to learn, process understanding, and initiative are more important to us.
- Completed technical education (e.g. technical college, vocational school, apprenticeship with further training)
- Experience in production planning, manufacturing control, or a comparable environment is an advantage
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial procedures
- SAP experience is an advantage, Lean experience is considered a plus
- Solid IT skills, ideally Power BI
- Good English skills
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- You stay on top of things even in dynamic situations
- You think analytically and solution-oriented
- You enjoy collaborating with different departments
- You want to actively shape processes, not just manage them
- The gross monthly salary for this position starts at €3,000.00. Depending on qualifications and relevant experience, a significant overpayment is possible.
