Group Summary:In dieser Position verantwortest du die Steuerung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Fleet Management Software sowie die Integration autonomer Flurförderzeuge.
Deine Aufgaben
Verantwortung für die Fleet Management Software (FMSW) als Master-Key-User am Standort Graz inklusive Systembetreuung und laufender Optimierung
Technische Verantwortung für die Implementierung und den operativen Betrieb einer agnostischen Fleet Management Software
Überwachung der Bestandsflotte (AMR, AGV, Stapler, Routenzüge) als Fachexperte für autonome Prozesse im Serienbetrieb
1st- und 2nd-Level-Support sowie Schulung der Key-User in den Divisions und logistischen Anlagenführer_innen im Umgang mit autonomen Flurförderzeugen
Schnittstelle zum externen FMSW-Provider und hausinternen Prozesspartnern (z.B. IT, MaWi, Planungsbereiche technologieübergreifend)
Integration neuer Geräte (AGV/AMR Hardware) in bestehende Systemlandschaft sowie Weiterentwicklung autonomer Prozesse und Unterstützung bei weiteren Projektierungen
Analyse von Systemdaten sowie Erstellung von KPIs, Reports und Performanceauswertungen
Wonach wir suchen
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/FH/TU) mit dem Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik, Fahrzeugtechnik, IT oder Logistik
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Fleet Management, Systemadministration, Systemintegration oder in der operativen Materialwirtschaft mit autonomen Prozessen, idealerweise in der Automobilbranche
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
Gutes Verständnis für IT/OT-Anforderungen sowie für die Integration autonomer Geräte in bestehende Systemlandschaften
Know-how in Logistikprozessen, Materialflussplanung sowie Interesse an datenbasierter Analyse und Optimierung
Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse
Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)

Anhand deiner Qualifikation, deiner Berufserfahrung und der Aufgaben, die auf dich warten, vereinbaren wir dein tatsächliches Gehalt. Das Mindestgehalt bewegt sich je nach Ausbildung auf Basis Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden) zwischen € 3.228,-- und € 4.355,-- brutto pro Monat (14 x p. a.).

Skills Required
- Technical degree (HTL/FH/TU) in Business Informatics, Automotive Engineering, IT or Logistics
- Several years' experience in Fleet Management, system administration, system integration, or operational material management with autonomous processes
- Experience in project management
- Good understanding of IT/OT requirements and integration of autonomous devices into existing system landscapes
- Knowledge of logistics processes and material flow planning
- Interest in data-based analysis and optimization
- Solid MS Office skills
- Strong German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Teamwork and pronounced hands-on mentality
