Manage day-to-day hospital operations including OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, reception, and billing.
Ensure smooth patient flow and efficient coordination across departments.
Implement SOPs and maintain quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, RMOs, and support staff for seamless operations.
Handle patient complaints and escalations while ensuring high patient satisfaction.
Monitor operational performance, revenue, and inventory.
Conduct daily rounds and audits to improve efficiency and patient care.
Support HR activities including staffing, training, attendance, and discipline.
Requirements
MHA / MBA in Healthcare or related qualification.
1–3 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of hospital workflows, compliance, and patient care operations.
Proficiency in HIS, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
