Lead social media strategy and content calendars across platforms, manage a team of digital marketers, create and schedule posts, support and monitor Meta and Google paid campaigns, track leads and campaign performance, coordinate influencers and video content, assist SEO and keyword research, and produce monthly reports using Google Sheets and Google Analytics while collaborating with content, design, and strategy teams.

Provide high-level executive support to Directors across strategy, operations, client relations, and finance. Drive strategic initiatives, track projects and budgets, prepare presentations and reports, coordinate cross-functional teams and client communications, and ensure leadership decisions are executed with ownership and accountability.

Create static and video assets for social media, campaigns, decks, brochures, and internal collateral. Collaborate with marketing, strategy and studio teams, manage files and timelines, record videos, work with clients, and train team members while maintaining brand consistency and creative storytelling.

Plan and execute offline marketing, referral development, corporate tie-ups, health camps, and community outreach to increase patient footfall. Build relationships with doctors, clinics, pharmacies, and partners, coordinate with digital agencies, monitor referrals and campaign ROI, conduct market research, and maintain the hospital's local brand image.

Manage daily accounting operations including billing, payments, vendor accounts, reconciliations, and statutory records. Prepare MIS reports and support audits, budgeting, GST/TDS, insurance claims, and financial reporting. Coordinate with patients, internal teams, auditors, and management. Maintain timely data updates in accounting software, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Support and learn end-to-end hospital operations across OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, reception, billing, and patient services. Coordinate patient flow, assist with SOPs, quality, safety, audits, inventory, reporting, documentation, and HR-related tasks. Handle patient feedback and participate in operational reviews while receiving structured on-the-job training.
