Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Operational Automation Test Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a rich blend of skills and experience in both manual and automated testing, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience. This role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced, production-oriented setting and can seamlessly support daily test operations, including environment health checks and BAU executions.
Experience in the payments domain is a must, particularly with payment networks such as Mastercard, Discover, or Visa. A thorough understanding of end-to-end payment processing workflows is essential to excel in this role. Additionally, familiarity with AI-driven testing initiatives will be beneficial.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
-Minimum 3+ years of experience in software testing, including both manual and
automation testing.
-Strong experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, TestComplete,
Postman, or similar.
-Proficient in one or more scripting languages: Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
-Hands-on experience with REST API testing and payload encryption/decryption.
-Understanding of the payment’s domain, preferably with exposure to networks
like Mastercard, Visa, or Discover.
-Solid understanding of how payment processing works, including transaction
lifecycles, settlement, and authorization flows.
-Exposure to AI-driven testing tools or frameworks, with the ability to apply
GenAI techniques to testing.
-Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
-BE/B.Tech
-ISTQB or equivalent certification.
-Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
-Familiarity with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure).
-Experience with test data management and test environment support.
-Understanding of performance and security testing practices.
