Job Family Summary:
The Packing Technician belongs to the Production, Service & Transportation (PST) job family. This job family is responsible for the physical creation and transportation of our products, ensuring they reach our consumers in perfect condition.
Job Description:
As a Packing Technician in the Band BTA, you will play a crucial role in our production process. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining packing equipment, ensuring the quality of our products, and contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate packing machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Monitor product quality and report any issues or inconsistencies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial.
- Technical aptitude and ability to operate machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Awareness of safety protocols and procedures.
- Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
