About this opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled OpenShift & DevOps Platform Lead to drive the design, implementation, automation, and support of enterprise container platforms built on Red Hat OpenShift. You will play a key role in managing OpenShift environments, enabling DevOps adoption, improving platform reliability, and delivering scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions for business-critical applications.
What you will do:
  • Design, deploy, administer, and upgrade Red Hat OpenShift (OCP 4.16+) clusters.
  • Manage and support Kubernetes/OpenShift platform components, including networking, storage, operators, and workloads.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
  • Implement GitOps practices using ArgoCD and enable automated application deployments.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm.
  • Troubleshoot complex platform, cluster, container, and application issues.
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and platform scalability.
  • Lead critical incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and platform reliability improvements.
  • Implement security controls, RBAC, patching, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements.
  • Configure and manage monitoring, logging, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, and OpenShift monitoring tools.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, network, storage, and cloud teams to ensure seamless platform operations.

The skills you bring:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift (OCP 4.16+) and Kubernetes administration.
  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture, container orchestration, and platform operations.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
  • Strong expertise in Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and infrastructure automation.
  • Experience with GitOps practices and tools such as ArgoCD.
  • Strong knowledge of Docker/Podman and containerized application environments.
  • Hands-on experience managing OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms in production environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and RCA skills.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK.
  • Exposure to OpenShift deployments on VMware, AWS, Azure, OCI, or Bare Metal environments.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
