What You’ll Do

Make 100+ outbound calls daily to connect with potential clients seeking tax and financial relief.
Pre-qualify leads using clear communication and thoughtful questions to understand each person’s needs, so only the best opportunities move forward.
Transfer qualified calls to our expert sales closers with a smooth, warm handoff that sets every conversation up for success.
Build trust and rapport quickly, turning first conversations into opportunities for life-changing financial solutions.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $18.00 per hour.

Commission: This position is also eligible for commission in addition to the hourly wage. Commission earnings are variable and based on individual production. Typical monthly commission earnings for employees in this role have ranged from approximately $500 – $4,500. Actual commission earnings vary based on individual performance and are not guaranteed.

Total Compensation: Actual compensation will vary based on hours worked, individual performance, and commission earnings. Commission earnings are paid pursuant to the Company’s applicable commission plan.

The salary range represents the good-faith range the Company reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Commission earnings are variable and are not guaranteed.
