Guardian Tax is growing our Irvine, California sales team and looking for energetic, motivated Sales Openers who are ready to learn and earn.
This is a full-time, in-office position where you'll be responsible for connecting with potential clients, identifying opportunities, and transferring qualified prospects to our Account Executives to close.
How You Get PaidBase Pay: $18.00 per hour
PLUS:
- $3 for every qualified transfer
- Additional $5 for every transferred lead that closes
- Performance-based earning opportunities on top of your hourly pay

What You'll DoAs a Sales Opener, you'll be the first point of contact for potential Guardian Tax clients. You'll:
- Speak with prospective clients over the phone
- Ask questions to understand their tax situation
- Follow our proven sales process
- Build interest and establish trust
- Identify qualified opportunities
- Transfer qualified prospects to our Account Executives
- Work alongside a competitive, high-energy sales team
- Participate in ongoing coaching and sales training
Sales experience is a plus, but attitude and drive matter.
