The Onsite Coordinator is responsible for determining efficiency, effectiveness and quality of our product and serves as a liaison between customers and vendors.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Service existing accounts.
  • Responsible for the processes as well as administrative and operations functions.
  • Interact with both customers and vendors to complete sales orders and follow them through the invoicing process.
  • Provide technical sales support and product consulting to customers.
  • Cultivate and grow customer base.
  • Perform warehouse and/or driver duties, when required and other duties assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma and/or equivalent.
  • Written and oral communication skills, both internal and external.
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Experience with PVF and MRO supplies preferred
  • Computer (Microsoft Office - Excel and Word) and SAP skills.
  • Work closely with other departments or business units.
  • Analytical skills, objectivity and organizational skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment.

Work Relations/Daily Tasks

Collaborate with Bayer Corporate Top Desk Group, Procurement and Internal Kansas City personnel to ensure correct data is contained on the Purchase Orders and in the Master Data System.

Interact with Corporate Accounting to ensure proper payment to Suppliers and monitor the Urdoc system.

Interact with equipment manufacturers, vendors and suppliers to ensure proper materials are being supplied to Bayer and assuring proper information is supplied to vendors.

Interact with Suppliers to assure material is being delivered to Bayer in a timely manner, expedite material as required by end-users and the Stores group.

Collaborate with on-site integrated suppliers to ensure proper materials are being supplied to Bayer and assuring proper material information is being provided.

Interact with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Procurement and HSE personnel for information exchange to ensure the Storeroom is meeting the daily requirements of the internal customers.
