Key Responsibilities
1. CMS Management (Strapi &Magento)
- Update and publish onsite content including banners, category pages, product highlights, campaign pages, and in-app HTML content blocks.
- Execute dynamic content changes supporting Growth campaigns, A/B tests, experiments, and personalization journeys.
- Maintain content consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand and UX standards.
2. Growth & Campaign Support
- Work closely with the Growth team to implement content changes for marketing campaigns, user journeys, and tactical pushes.
- Upload and manage creative assets across the platforms.
- Assist in personalization tasks such as updating popups, onboarding flows, and multi-step forms.
3. Content Execution
- Create structured pages, forms, and feedback screens using CMS tools.
- Ensure responsiveness, clean layouts, and usability across devices.
4. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Design, Product, Tech, and Marketing for content requirements and approval workflows.
- Communicate updates, timelines, and dependencies clearly.
- Maintain documentation or version logs where needed.
5. Quality Assurance
- Perform thorough QA checks on all CMS updates before go-live.
- Validate links, assets, tracking behaviors, and form functionality.
- Ensure a smooth, error-free user experience across platforms.
Requirements
Skills & Competencies
Must Have:
- Experience working with CMS platforms (Strapi and/or Magneto preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a QA-first mindset.
- Ability to collaborate with Growth, Design, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Strong communication and task ownership.
Preferred (Added Advantage):
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for minor content adjustments.
- Experience working on personalization tools (CleverTap, Dynamic Yield, etc.).
- Comfort with building simple layouts or forms inside CMS.
Additional Value Contributions
- Supporting event-tracking documentation and personalization setup.
- Converting simple prototypes into CMS-based layouts.
- Improving CMS workflows for speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
