About this opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Senior infra system expert to manage and support enterprise Microsoft infrastructure, including, Exchange on-prem servers, Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft, Exchange on-prem servers, cloud technologies, tenant migrations, identity and access management, and infrastructure operations. This role also involves collaborating with teams, supporting infrastructure projects, and serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
What you will do:
- Administer can manage Exchange on-prem, Active directory, Azure AD, Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, &
Configure and manage Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, SSO, SAML, and Identity & Access Management. - Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration.
- Configure email security, retention policies, spam protection, and message encryption.
- Collaborate with leads, team member, vendors, and cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and provide Level 3 engineering support.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous process improvements.
- Follow ITIL processes, change management, and security best practices
The skills you bring:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Administration, including user, license, and tenant management.
- Hands-on experience with Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange administration and migration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for identity and access management.
- Experience configuring and managing Azure AD Connect for hybrid identity synchronization.
- Skilled in PowerShell scripting to automate administrative and operational tasks.
- Knowledge of Azure Information Protection (AIP) for data classification and information security.
- Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) to secure privileged accounts and access.
- Familiar with ITIL processes and ServiceNow for IT service management and incident handling.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
