Job Description
The OneSource Project Manager is a member of the OS PMO Practice and is responsible for independently leading and driving multiple concurrent projects based on OneSource business priorities and project demand. Assignments may include new program implementations, transitions, process and continuous improvement initiatives, and other strategic or cross-functional OneSource projects. The Project Manager drives assigned projects from initiation through closeout by establishing and maintaining the integrated project plan and governance structure, coordinating cross-functional workstreams, and driving accountability to agreed milestones and deliverables. The Project Manager monitors overall project health, proactively manages risks, issues, dependencies and change, and escalates matters requiring additional support or decisions. Functional and workstream owners remain accountable for executing their assigned deliverables. Projects are managed using the methodology, governance framework, tools and standards established by the OS PMO Practice. Project Managers are expected to apply these standards consistently, tailor project-level materials where appropriate, maintain accurate project information, capture lessons learned, and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO tools and practices. The OS PMO Practice provides flexible project management support across the OneSource business based on organizational priorities and need.

Job Responsibilities
Lead and drive multiple concurrent projects assigned through the OS PMO Practice, applying OS PMO Practice governance standards appropriate to project scope, complexity, risk and business need.
Partner with project stakeholders to establish objectives, scope, deliverables, milestones, accountable owners, dependencies and success criteria, and translate these into an integrated project plan.
Own the project management cadence and governance, including internal and customer-facing meetings, status reporting, actions, decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, change and escalation; drive accountability and follow-through to closure.
Maintain assigned project plans, schedules, dashboards and governance documentation using established OS PMO Practice tools and templates, ensuring project information remains accurate and current.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and customer stakeholders, as applicable, to identify barriers, schedule impacts and dependencies and keep the project aligned to agreed objectives and milestones.
Provide clear and timely project reporting to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting project health, accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, issues, decisions and required actions.
Complete project closeout, capture lessons learned and best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of OS PMO Practice tools, templates and project management practices.
Maintain training and compliance in areas of health and safety, security, environmental and operational aspects of daily activities in the working environment.
Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required to support cross-regional teams/projects.
Infrequent travel may occasionally be needed for project support.
Critical Skills:
Demonstrated ability to independently organize, coordinate, monitor and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
Strong stakeholder and customer-facing skills, with the ability to lead meetings, communicate project status, drive commitments and influence across functions without direct authority.
Ability to quickly learn and effectively use the project management tools and templates established by the OS PMO Practice.
Strong Microsoft Office, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; experience working with globally distributed teams preferred.
Experience with project management tools and platforms required. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or similar project management application experience preferred.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related discipline with 3-5 years project management experience
Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in life sciences, laboratory services, scientific instrumentation, engineering, technical services, regulated environments or other complex service-delivery environments.
PRINCE2 or PMP certification
Additional European Languages preferred
