We're loking for a Project Manager to support our OneSource team.
The ideal candidate has operations leadership to deliver continuous improvement across a complex, multi-regional environment.
You will be accountable for the design, governance, and execution of process improvement programs that embed Lean principles, drive standardization, and unlock back-office scalability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Improvement & Continuous Excellence
Champion Lean and CI culture across Operations; ensure improvement practices are embedded, not episodic.
Identify, prioritize and scope opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline transactional processes for efficiency and scale.
Lead root cause analysis on process inconsistencies; own implementation and follow-through of corrective actions.
Develop enhancements to global SOPs, policies, and process governance frameworks.
Program & Project Delivery
Build and maintain program roadmaps, milestones, and cross-functional dependency maps aligned to strategic objectives.
Anticipate and manage program risks; resolve technical, operational, and organizational blockers.
Lead standups, workgroup sessions, and steering meetings — driving accountability and maintaining delivery momentum.
Manage stakeholder expectations through clear status reporting and proactive escalation.
Automation & Digital Enablement
Coordinate with Automation and Process Owner teams to deploy process improvements and automation at scale.
Identify tooling opportunities — RPA, workflow automation, reporting platforms — to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
Maintain deep working knowledge of core operational platforms (SAP/ECC, ServiceMax) to credibly interrogate process flows, identify improvement levers, and partner with system owners on configuration and change.
Shared Services Transition & Governance
Lead workload transitions from regional teams into Shared Services with structured handover and performance continuity.
Build KPI and SLA reporting mechanisms to provide leadership with clear, actionable operational insight.
Drive customer satisfaction through continuous monitoring and improvement of service delivery quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Essential
Deep, hands-on SAP expertise is a critical requirement — including SAP/ECC transactional operations, master data, and cross-module process flows across Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Service delivery.
Process improvement / transformation experience in a Shared Services or GBS environment.
Proven delivery in a fast-paced, matrixed organization across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Strong analytical mindset; able to conduct root cause analysis and translate data into action.
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships at all levels.
Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry background with customer service knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to work across and optimize core operational platforms, including SAP, ServiceMax, and associated reporting and workflow tooling.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with productivity and reporting tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Desirable
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management qualification.
Lean / Six Sigma or equivalent CI accreditation.
Experience with RPA, workflow automation, or process mining tools.
SAP Business Objects, Spotfire, or equivalent BI/analytics platform experience.
ServiceMax or equivalent field service / equipment management platform experience.
