What will you be doing?
As a Maintenance Technician, you are an essential link within our company. You connect with others, take responsibility, are decisive, and are results- and action-oriented. For you, safety and quality always come first. With your technical expertise, you help the factory perform at its best and minimize breakdowns. This means that at the end of the day, you can drive home with a sense of satisfaction.
With your analytical mindset, you initiate improvements wherever possible and implement them together with the Maintenance Engineer. This helps increase the availability of the production lines and reduce the number of malfunctions. Regular preventive maintenance, such as daily maintenance tasks and overhauls, are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you participate in (improvement) projects to further enhance the performance of the factory. In doing so, you take machine safety into account (Lock Out, Tag Out, Try Out) and ensure proper administrative processing in Ultimo.
Your responsibilities also include:
• Independently resolving electrical malfunctions on the production lines.
• Analyzing and locating faults and identifying the root cause.
• Performing preventive electrical maintenance and carrying out inspections.
• Conducting various repair and modification tasks on machines and production lines.
• Initiating improvement proposals.
• Reporting in the maintenance system Ultimo.
What are we looking for?
You enjoy working under healthy operational pressure in an ambitious organization. You gain energy from ensuring that the Technical Department meets the needs of operations and runs smoothly. You have operational experience and a hands-on mentality.
Furthermore, you have:
• A completed MBO level 4 education in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of PLC and PC technology is a plus.
• An understanding of the importance of continuous improvement and actively contribute to it.
• A structured, methodical, and solution-oriented approach.
• A real team-player attitude with strong communication and social skills.
