As a new joiner at Oliver Wyman, you will have the opportunity to work on interesting problems for large clients worldwide, developing your expertise quickly and making an immediate impact. We do not require specific academic majors or industry experience and look for diversity of experience and skills. We value extracurricular activities and evidence of leading an interesting and impactful life outside of your studies.
  • Eligibility: Students who will be graduating in 2027 and can start employment from March 2027.
  • Language requirements: Fluency in English is required for positions in all Oliver Wyman offices; Fluency in Japanese is mandatory for all positions in Tokyo office; Candidates who have learned Japanese must possess a JLPT N1 certification.
