Job Title: OFSAA Implementation and Support- Director

Location: USA/Remote (Preference for NJ)

Experience:

• 8-10+ years of hands-on experience with OFSAA implementation and support.
• Expertise in Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) solutions, focusing on ECM (Enterprise Case Management), Entity Resolution, Financial Services Data Model (FSDM) mapping, and Behavior Detection suites.
• In-depth understanding of OFSAA architecture, data integration, and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of AML regulations and compliance best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, Develop, Implement, and Maintain OFSAA Solutions:
• Focus on AML, Compliance, and Transaction Monitoring.
• Perform complete FSDM mapping to ensure data integrity across various systems.
• Deep understanding of OFSAA architecture, including FSDM, AAI, and other components.
• Solid understanding of AML regulations and compliance best practices (e.g., KYC, CDD, Sanctions Screening).

ECM Implementation and Configuration:

• Design and configure case workflows, rules, and user interfaces within OFSAA ECM.
• Integrate ECM with other OFSAA modules and external systems.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track case metrics and performance.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of OFSAA ECM.

Entity Resolution:

• Utilize tools and techniques to identify and manage customer relationships.

Behavior Detection Suites:

• Implement and manage suites for real-time transaction monitoring and risk assessment.
• Configure and tune behavior detection models to identify suspicious activity.
• Analyze alerts generated by the behavior detection system and escalate potential risks.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of behavior detection models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand emerging threats and adjust detection strategies.

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to OFSAA applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and performance of OFSAA solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest OFSAA releases and best practices.
• Participate in project planning and execution.
• Contribute to the development of internal documentation and knowledge base.
