O Oficial de Campo desempenhará um papel vital no dia a dia, fornecendo aos doadores e beneficiários o produto de transferência de dinheiro da GiveDirectly. O Oficial de Campo será responsável por administrar as pesquisas com os beneficiários e os processos relacionados que facilitam o modelo exclusivo de transferência de dinheiro da GiveDirectly. Responsabilidades

Censo

  • Interagir com os anciãos e guias da aldeia para compreender os limites da aldeia.
  • Trabalhar com os membros da equipa para visitar todas as famílias da aldeia, garantindo uma cobertura total.
  • Utilizar GPS e ferramentas de mapeamento para acompanhar o progresso e evitar duplicações.
  • Verificar a elegibilidade das famílias e garantir que os tokens e autocolantes são distribuídos corretamente.
  • Realizar inquéritos censitários precisos para todas as famílias elegíveis utilizando o CommCare.
  • Revisar e verificar as respostas da pesquisa para minimizar erros e melhorar a qualidade dos dados.
  • Sincronizar os dados coletados diariamente após as atividades de campo.
  • Informar o gerente de campo associado (AFM) ou delegado sobre os resultados diários e apoiar a gestão de riscos durante o censo.
  • Distribuir e rastrear cartões SIM aos destinatários.
  • Organizar e preparar os materiais de campo (por exemplo, cartões de fichas, autocolantes, cartões SIM) todas as manhãs antes da implantação.
  • Registar os cartões SIM em colaboração com os agentes da Vodacom utilizando o CommCare.
  • Realizar reuniões de entrada na comunidade (barazas) para apresentar o projeto e envolver os destinatários.
  • Preparar e enviar relatórios diários das atividades de campo.

Registo

  • Explicar claramente o programa da GiveDirectly às famílias elegíveis.
  • Fornecer e documentar a emissão de telemóveis aos beneficiários.
  • Identificar e excluir famílias não elegíveis.
  • Realizar inquéritos de registo precisos para todas as famílias elegíveis utilizando o CommCare.
  • Sincronize os dados recolhidos diariamente após as atividades de campo.
  • Informe o AFM ou supervisor designado sobre os resultados diários e apoie a gestão de riscos durante o registo.
  • Ajude os beneficiários com o registo do cartão SIM e a atribuição do telemóvel, conforme necessário.

Requisitos

  • Mínimo de diploma e licenciatura em áreas relevantes
  • Boa capacidade ou experiência em introdução e avaliação de dados em computadores e dispositivos móveis
  • Capacidade de pensamento crítico e bom senso na resolução de problemas operacionais
  • Boas competências de gestão do tempo
  • Força nas relações interpessoais, com altos níveis de empatia, honestidade e os mais elevados padrões de integridade
  • Forte interesse em promover os valores distintivos e a missão da GiveDirectly
  • Fluência na língua local e em português e excelentes competências de comunicação
  • Aptidão física e capacidade de lidar com condições climáticas ou terrenos difíceis
  • Paciência e bom senso na resolução de problemas dos beneficiários

Skills Required
