The Surrogates and Influencers Director will lead strategies and partnerships with influencers to enhance GiveDirectly's visibility and fundraising efforts by managing campaigns and relationships in the creator economy.

The Associate Field Manager will conduct community scoping, oversee risk monitoring and fraud prevention, manage field officers, and ensure project success through effective team management and administration.

Lead GiveDirectly Mozambique's operations (procurement, logistics, HR, admin), build and manage the operations team, design scalable systems and SOPs, oversee budgeting and compliance, support audits and risk management, and drive cost-effective, data-driven improvements using technology and AI where appropriate.

The Program Manager, Research oversees implementation of research projects, ensuring data quality and effective team management while coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end financial management for DRC (and possibly additional countries): budgeting, forecasting, donor reporting, month/quarter/year close, compliance, internal controls, audits, treasury relationships, and finance team leadership. Provide hands-on field support, drive process improvements and automation, and collaborate with country and central teams.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop scalable systems for cash delivery, improve developer workflows, and collaborate with teams to enhance program delivery.

Partner with the CFO to lead global budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and ad hoc financial analytics. Build scalable finance systems, embed AI/automation, support cross-functional resource-allocation decisions, and deliver high-impact analyses to improve forecasting accuracy and leadership decision-making.

Lead end-to-end field operations for GiveDirectly Mozambique programs: drive enrollment and payments, manage field teams, coordinate with mobile-money and government partners, monitor operational and safeguarding risk, use data to improve performance, and contribute to strategy and new program design.

The Country Director will oversee GiveDirectly's Uganda office, managing programs, fundraising, and external relationships while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with standards.
