The Director, People Partnering will advise global shared services leaders on organization design, workforce planning, talent, succession, performance, compensation, and change. The role will also build a global employee relations framework covering behavior, underperformance, decision authority, case standards, manager enablement, and consistency across countries. This position coaches senior leaders and HR Managers, provides technical escalation support, and establishes scalable people practices across a growing international organization.

Own GiveDirectly’s fundraising revenue operations, including CRM and pipeline systems, KPI frameworks, forecasting, reporting, operating cadences, revenue reconciliation, and capacity planning. Partner with Finance, Compliance, Grants, People, and Fundraising teams to scale systems and donor operations. Serve as a strategic chief-of-staff partner to the VP of Partnerships, lead organizational change and executive communications, and potentially build and manage a team of 3–5.

Supports large-scale U.S. cash assistance programs through customer service, applicant case management, payment and verification processes, project coordination, metric tracking, process improvement, and community engagement. The role serves as a liaison with recipients, local partners, research organizations, and technology providers while coordinating outreach, events, documentation, and operational execution across Mississippi.

Conducts village censuses and beneficiary registration for cash-transfer programs. Responsibilities include surveying eligible families using CommCare, verifying data, distributing and registering SIM cards and phones, coordinating community meetings, preparing field materials, synchronizing data daily, reporting results, and supporting operational risk management in challenging outdoor conditions.

Leads Rwanda’s day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, performance-cycle coordination, employee relations, offboarding, HR administration, benefits, work permits, reporting, and process improvement. The role partners with managers, country leadership, and the global People team while ensuring compliant, confidential, and employee-centered practices.

Own end-to-end execution of GiveDirectly’s DRC programs, from operational design through field delivery. Develop project plans, design targeting and payment models, monitor performance indicators, mitigate fraud and reputational risks, analyze data for quality improvement, and maintain Salesforce data integrity. Lead managers, field teams, and call-center operations; support new program scoping; manage operational partners and contracts; and represent programs to donors and external stakeholders. The role is onsite in Goma and requires strong English and French communication skills.

Leads GiveDirectly’s DRC support services, overseeing HR, procurement, logistics, fleet, administration, office management, budgets, compliance, donor reporting, and operational systems. The role manages managers, develops scalable processes across provinces, supports recruitment and talent development, coordinates audits and risk management, and partners with country and global teams to strengthen operational efficiency and organizational growth.

Analyze operational, payment, enrollment, survey, and field data to identify fraud risks and anomalies. Design and validate fraud-risk indicators, support investigations, improve data quality, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. Partner with Product, Data Engineering, and operational teams to develop fraud-detection tools and improve controls. Document reproducible, audit-ready analysis while communicating uncertainty and findings clearly to nontechnical stakeholders.

Leads internal audit and risk management across a portfolio of countries, focusing on fraud prevention, detection, mitigation, and investigation. Designs project risk controls, monitors KPIs and risk registers, conducts field spot checks, manages high-risk investigations, and coordinates with country teams, safeguarding, programs, technology teams, and external partners. Directly manages Internal Audit Managers, supports hiring and performance management, develops fraud intelligence capabilities, produces leadership reports, and conducts annual country field visits.

Leads a domain of GiveDirectly’s cash delivery platform, managing 5–7 senior engineers while owning technical outcomes, reliability, architecture, delivery, and operational excellence. Partners with product and organizational stakeholders on roadmaps, technical debt, infrastructure, incident response, and engineering culture. Recruits, coaches, and retains a high-performing team; sets technical quality standards; and scales payment, core platform, or offline-first data collection systems to support billions in annual cash delivery.

Manages internal audit and field-based risk management across a Mozambique country portfolio. Responsibilities include designing risk controls, maintaining risk registers, monitoring fraud metrics and KPIs, leading sensitive investigations, conducting operational spot checks, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, managing Internal Audit Managers, supporting safeguarding and staff development, and producing reports for leadership. The role requires regular country coordination and at least annual field visits.

Owns global procurement of feature phones and smartphones across multiple countries. Responsibilities include demand forecasting, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, managing purchase orders and payments, resolving returns and warranty claims, tracking delivery, cost, quality, and supplier performance, and coordinating with Programs, Finance, and country procurement teams.

Leads government relations, strategic partnerships, public engagement, fundraising, and crisis management for GiveDirectly’s Rwanda office. Builds relationships with government agencies, donors, civil society, media, and institutional partners; develops funding pipelines and proposal materials; ensures regulatory and protocol compliance; coordinates internal and external stakeholders; manages reputational risks; prepares communications and leadership reports; and represents the organization in public, donor, and government engagements.

The Senior Manager, Accounting will lead financial management, ensure compliance with US GAAP, oversee audits, and manage accounting staff, focusing on high-quality reporting and documentation.

Lead GiveDirectly Mozambique's operations (procurement, logistics, HR, admin), build and manage the operations team, design scalable systems and SOPs, oversee budgeting and compliance, support audits and risk management, and drive cost-effective, data-driven improvements using technology and AI where appropriate.

The Program Manager, Research oversees implementation of research projects, ensuring data quality and effective team management while coordinating between internal and external stakeholders.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop scalable systems for cash delivery, improve developer workflows, and collaborate with teams to enhance program delivery.

The Country Director will oversee GiveDirectly's Uganda office, managing programs, fundraising, and external relationships while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with standards.
