Product Manager

Offshore - Philippines (Remote - must work US. Time Zone)


We are seeking an experienced results-oriented Product Manager to join our product team, reporting to the SVP of Product. To succeed, you must be a proactive and organized self-starter with superior communication skills and comfort working with a wide variety of stakeholders across engineering, CX, ops, and sales. This role offers high visibility and the opportunity to drive major strategic company initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working in B2B technology and/or technology-enabled services organizations. Above all you are a team player who defines personal success as making the company successful.


Responsibilities

For your assigned product(s) you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the product vision and roadmap, as well as a prioritized backlog
  • Partnering with UX designer(s) to conduct internal and external user research
  • Writing all user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria, and refining them with cross-functional sprint team(s) of designers, developers, and QA
  • Collaborating with agile facilitators to continuously adopt and improve agile software development methodologies that aid in defining and delivering innovative solutions
  • Advocating for user needs while balancing business goals and technical constraints
  • Using data-driven insights and analytics to inform and validate product decisions
  • Working closely with sprint teams to represent the client by providing business context and ensuring minimum requirements are met
  • Communicating to internal stakeholders progress toward delivering on your published roadmap
  • Ensuring the successful launch and adoption of new product features and enhancements through written and verbal communication with stakeholders and customers

Preferred Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software product management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire others
  • Strong project management, interpersonal, collaboration, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to work closely with the business and translate business needs into product requirements and user stories that can be iteratively released
  • Highly organized and adept at prioritization and time management
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with Agile development processes and working in cross-functional teams
  • Non-negotiables: low ego, high empathy, strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-aware
