As a Sr. Marketing Associate in the Home Lending Marketing team, you will partner with us to execute and manage impactful marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are on-strategy, on-time, and on-budget. This role provides the opportunity to drive all aspects of campaign execution, from idea to deployment, in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages omnichannel marketing execution from strategic development to deployment.
- Collaborates with marketing strategists and cross-functional partners to execute complex campaigns.
- Partners with internal and external agencies on creative development and execution.
- Ensures campaigns adhere to brand and compliance guidelines.
- Makes recommendations for campaign enhancements based on test results and data.
- Contributes innovative ideas and best practices.
- Optimizes campaigns to improve results and reduce costs.
- Drives initiatives to enhance customer experience and segmentation.
- Communicates effectively with legal, compliance, and risk teams for content approval.
- Influences others and achieve results through collaboration.
- Acts quickly on issues, removing roadblocks and learning from mistakes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Management.
- Proven consumer marketing experience.
- Experience managing large-scale traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of customer experience, segmentation, testing, and results measurement.
- Initiative and ability to influence others.
- Solid collaboration skills.
- Data-driven approach to marketing.
