Title:
Offshore EngineerKBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. Under direct supervision, independently evaluates, selects, and applies standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgment in making minor adaptations and modifications.
Responsibilities:
Codes and preparing the inputs to Designer to develop the drawing.
With additional experience within one functional area, assists in the design of larger and more complex assignments which involve conventional types of plans, investigations and surveys with relatively few complex features for which there are precedents.
Analysis and design the structure as per project technical specification and relevant codes and preparing the inputs to Designer to develop the drawing.
Checking and reviewing the Drawing /documents as per the checklist
Preparation of Technical specification as per Discussion with Client/counterpart.
Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.
Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
Graduate Engineer + master’s degree preferable - Experience (7-12 year) minimum of 4 years related experience.
Should have sound knowledge in the analysis and design of Jacket/FPSO, topsides. Capable to perform Jacket/Topside structures In-Service and Pre-Service analyses: In place, Loadout, Lift, Transportation etc.
Software exposure in SACS & GRL WEAP, SESAM and Review of 3D model by Navisworks.
Quantity Estimation for steel structure and concrete structure.
Good Communication Skills, Enthusiasm to learn new concepts and Adaptability to relocate to different centres / countries.
