You will also collaborate cross-functionally with brand, product, and compliance teams to deliver a tech-forward and professional offline brand experience.

1. In-store Marketing & Conversion

  • Design and execute physical store marketing initiatives to drive walk-in traffic and improve conversion rates
  • Plan and deliver seminars, investment workshops, and educational sessions to build user trust and engagement
  • Develop and optimize the full conversion funnel: traffic → engagement → account opening → funding
  • Partner with product teams to integrate platform features (e.g., trading tools, market data) into offline experiences
  • Track and analyze key metrics (foot traffic, participation rate, account conversion, funding rate) to continuously improve ROI

2. Offline Campaigns & Partnerships

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of offline marketing campaigns across both in-store and external channels
  • Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns from ideation to execution and post-event evaluation
  • Build and manage partnerships with offline channels and stakeholders (e.g., venues, communities, and partner organizations)
  • Ensure all initiatives align with brand strategy and enhance overall engagement and visibility
  • Oversee budgets and vendor management to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery

3. Team Building & Management

  • Recruit and build a high-performing offline marketing and store operations team
  • Develop structured training programs covering product knowledge, conversion skills, and compliance requirements
  • Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, conversion rates, and customer quality
  • Use data-driven insights to improve team performance and marketing effectiveness
  • Foster a results-driven and performance-oriented team culture

4. Key Client Experience & Acquisition

  • Design in-store experiences to attract and engage high-value clients
  • Drive acquisition and conversion of high-net-worth individuals through personalized offline touchpoints
  • Build and manage relationships with key clients to support retention and referrals
  • Ensure all touchpoints reflect a premium, professional brand experience

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field

Experience:

    • Proven ability to build offline marketing systems from the ground up
    • Excellent project management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
    • Strong partnership development and cross-functional collaboration skills

Data & Tools:

    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize ROI and conversion metrics
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer analytics

Nice to Have:

    • Bilingual in English and Chinese; French is a plus
