Inside Sales Representatives – Power and Aerospace Markets
Huntsman is seeking two Inside Sales Representatives supporting the Power and Aerospace Markets Division located in Waterway, The Woodlands. This position will report to the Sales Managers.
Job Scope
We are seeking two Inside Sales Representatives to support our Power and Aerospace businesses. These roles are critical to ensuring commercial execution excellence through pricing support, customer engagement, data accuracy, and regional reporting. While both positions share a strong common core of responsibilities, each role supports distinct regional and customer experience priorities aligned to their business segment. These positions are well suited for a detail oriented, customer-focused professional who enjoys working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to deliver a high-quality customer experience. Candidates may have prior inside sales experience or be recent graduates seeking to build and progress a long-term career in sales.
In summary, as the Inside Sales Representative, you will:
- Execute day-to-day inside sales activities in support of the assigned business
- Manage and implement price updates in accordance with approved pricing strategies
- Own and manage a portfolio of small customers, serving as the primary commercial contact
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data, including governance and data quality
- Support regional sales teams with reporting, coordination, and issue resolution
- Ensure timely, professional customer communication and follow-up
- Regional tracking and reporting across CRM tools, Sales process, Voice of Customer (Gauge & NPS), and Customer Experience metrics
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States.
Minimum Qualifications
- College Graduate – Business / Science / Engineering discipline.
Skills and knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn across functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Aerospace or Power markets advantageous but not essential
- Data extraction, manipulation, and interpretation using tools including Power BI, SAP, Microsoft platforms, and IBM pricing systems
