Job Description

Site Coordinator
Frisco, TX (onsite)
3+Month (Temp to Perm)
Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm

Qualifications

  • Responsible for daily operations of a site, ensuring contracted office services are delivered in accordance with service level agreements and customer expectations. Supports and/or leads mailroom, copy center, managed print, imaging, hospitality, shipping and receiving, conference room coordination, and general office services. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

    Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations including copy services, courier services, managed print services, hospitality, imaging, mail services, shipping and receiving.
  • Operate and support office equipment including PCs, copiers, multifunction devices, imaging equipment, and mail processing equipment.
  • Handle daily customer interactions and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved through quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and support service excellence programs and operational best practices.
  • Create and complete work orders, inspections, reports, and other operational documentation.
  • Monitor contractors, vendors, facilities issues, and provide support as needed.
  • Coordinate conference rooms, meeting setups, room sweeps, and A/V equipment resources.
  • Manage office supply inventory and reorder supplies as necessary.
  • Collect operational data and assist with monthly reporting.
  • Support financial and cost-control responsibilities through effective use of materials and supplies.
  • Lead and prioritize daily site activities while ensuring job responsibilities are fulfilled.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, develop, coach, and support team members when applicable.
  • Conduct performance management activities, including employee counseling and retention efforts.
