Provide Level-2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software issues, resolve LAN and VPN connectivity, work with Infrastructure and Messaging teams, and meet SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Run daily site operations for office services (mailroom, copy center, managed print, imaging, shipping/receiving, hospitality). Support office equipment, coordinate conference rooms/A V, manage vendors and supplies, ensure SLA compliance, collect operational data, and recruit/train and manage staff. Must lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Serve as on-site Site Leader overseeing daily operations for a small site: supervise staff, ensure customer satisfaction and contract compliance, manage work orders/reports/invoices, coordinate facilities and vendors, handle inventory and office logistics, support payroll and budgeting, train employees, and complete month-end reporting and administrative duties. Must lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Provide on-site document production and office services for a legal office: operate copiers/scanners/bindery equipment, perform OCR and electronic file management, handle mail/shipping, maintain records and inventory, troubleshoot equipment, support reception and hospitality, perform quality control, and assist with facility tasks. Must handle confidential, time-sensitive legal documents and lift up to 50 pounds.

Provide on-site and remote support for Xerox and third-party printing devices: diagnose and repair equipment, configure devices (IP addresses, drivers, scanning), manage consumables and parts inventory, handle service calls and reporting, train end users, and coordinate removals/deliveries per SOW.

Provide L1 remote technical support for PACS environments (Synapse preferred). Troubleshoot Windows Server, networking, SQL Server/Oracle, clinical interfaces (HL7/DICOM), and infrastructure (VMware/storage). Communicate with clients, meet performance goals, document incidents, and escalate complex issues.

Provide senior receptionist and white‑glove onsite support: manage visit and event requests, coordinate travel and logistics, allocate workspace, reserve rooms, manage lobby displays, arrange AV/Wi‑Fi and catering, support client audits, greet and escort guests, and act as primary day‑of contact to ensure seamless visits.

Process and code invoices, vouchers, expense reports and payment requests; issue demand checks; ensure policy adherence; research and resolve AP inquiries and prepare payments by due dates.
