DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides secretarial works and administrative support to Division
- Manages calendars of the Head and other key staff to ensure there are no overlaps of meetings and that there is prioritization in case of conflict
- Ensures availability of supplies so as not to disrupt the work of the team
- Prepares communication to different stakeholder as directed by the Head
- Monitors flow of critical documents to ensure these are routed properly and do not get delayed with any key staff.
- Provides assistance in preparation of presentation materials and reports
- Provides assistance in attending to and assisting requirements of important guests, partners and/ or clients towards creating positive experience in relation to the Division.
- Conducts filing of critical documents and records keeping/maintenance
