This document outlines the key responsibilities for office management services provided to SAP Philippines Inc., covering three main areas:

• Management of SAP and business documents (online/offline)

• Supplies and inventory management for building equipment, office supplies, and promotional items

• Service requests routed through SAP to Supplier Point of Contact for assignment

• Drafting internal communications about news, events, and updates

• Preparing external communications for distribution

• All communications require Managing Director approval before distribution

• Communication requests sent through SAP to Supplier POC for assignment

• Event coordination (online, offsite, onsite) including:

  • Vendor proposals and coordination

  • Registration management

  • Office space/equipment/meeting room allocation

  • Building access for vendors

  • Invoice assistance

  • Support for employees and guests

• Site Leadership scheduling and logistics support including:

  • Meeting coordination

  • Logistics booking

  • Space arrangements

  • Food/refreshment orders

  • Travel booking

• Taking meeting minutes and creating presentations for office support, leadership meetings, and events

• All support requests sent through SAP to Supplier POC for assignment
