We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Office Manager who will take full ownership of administrative operations across our office. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Oversee day-to-day office operations and maintenance
Manage utility accounts (electricity, water, internet), ensuring timely billing and payments
Handle rental agreements, lease compliance, and coordination with building management
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Coordinate repairs, maintenance tasks, and service providers
Financial & Administrative Support
Monitor office expenses, create monthly reports, and support budgeting
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and record-keeping
Assist with procurement and inventory management
Employee & Office Support
Support onsite teams with administrative needs
Manage access passes, visitor logs, and office safety protocols
Assist Management with special projects and operational tasks

🎯 Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration, facilities management, or related role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to multitask and work independently
Knowledge of basic accounting practices is a plus
Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office
