We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead our Lee’s Summit clinic. This role is ideal for a motivated healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is passionate about building strong teams while delivering an excellent patient experience.

The Office Manager is responsible for coordinating clinic operations and leading the daily activities of the care team. This position provides administrative oversight and leadership for all services delivered to patients at the assigned location, including clinical support staff and front office operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, and a positive team culture.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficient patient flow and exceptional service
     
  • Supervise and support all staff members at the assigned location
     
  • Monitor staffing needs, scheduling, and operational workflows
     
  • Evaluate and maintain the quality of patient care and service delivery
     
  • Ensure department policies and procedures are followed and maintained
     
  • Train and onboard new front office team members
     
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns related to appointments, insurance coverage, and payment options
     
  • Manage employee performance evaluations and provide coaching and development for team members
     
  • Ensure compliance with company policies as well as state and federal regulations
     
  • Collaborate with leadership to support operational goals and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • Two years of college coursework or an Associate’s degree preferred  
  • Three to five years of leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting  
  • Knowledge of medical terminology  
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills  
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Paylocity, and NextGen (EMR) preferred  
  • Ability to lead teams while maintaining a patient-focused culture
