About Perry Weather

Perry Weather is the weather safety standard for organizations that operate outdoors. We combine on-site weather hardware with a software platform that automates alerts, siren activations, and safety decisions for more than 3,000 organizations — from the PGA of America, the NFL, and MLB to Turner Construction, thousands of school districts, cities, and golf courses. We've grown 80%+ annually for five consecutive years, and are continuing to grow.

We're headquartered in Dallas at The Centrum, in the Oak Lawn neighborhood, where our teams work together every day to help organizations make faster and safer decisions when weather puts people, assets, and operations at risk.

About the Role

When you join Perry Weather, you're joining an incredibly driven, high-performing team of builders committed to protecting hundreds of thousands of people from weather-related risks and helping organizations operate with minimal disruption. If you're passionate about making a difference as part of a team building the next generation of weather safety technology, Perry Weather is the place for you.

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our corporate office and secondary warehouse location while creating an exceptional employee experience. This role owns workplace operations, facilities, company events, internal communications, and administrative support, partnering closely with our People and Finance teams to keep the business running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and vendor relationships for our corporate office and warehouse

  • Oversee office facilities, supplies, equipment, security, and workspace organization

  • Assist with executing company events, employee celebrations, and workplace engagement initiatives

  • Manage the company intranet, internal newsletter, digital signage, and office communication systems, including telecom and intercom platforms

  • Partner with the People team by coordinating onboarding logistics, interview support, and employee experience initiatives

  • Support the Finance team with clerical accounting tasks, including depositing checks, invoicing, collections, and vendor documentation

  • Order business cards, maintain office technology and shared resources, and serve as the primary contact for office-related vendors and services

  • Identify opportunities to improve office operations, processes, and the overall workplace experience

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities, or a similar role

  • Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

  • Experience coordinating vendors, facilities, and company events

  • Comfortable balancing administrative, operational, and employee-facing responsibilities

  • Physical Requirements:

    • Regularly remain in a stationary position while working at a computer.

    • Frequently move throughout the office and warehouse to support day-to-day operations.

    • Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift or move office supplies, packages, beverages, and event materials weighing up to 25 pounds.

    • Ability to travel between company locations as needed.

    • Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.

What Success Looks Like

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipate needs before they arise, and enjoy creating an organized, welcoming workplace. You’re a self-starter who can operate with little direction and takes initiative to make improvements. You're energized by supporting employees, solving problems, and ensuring the office operates efficiently while contributing to a positive company culture.

Benefits

  • You'll want to come into the office. Our Oak Lawn office isn't just a place to sit — it's where ideas move fast and culture stays strong. The whole team is here Monday through Friday, which means real collaboration, no chasing people down over Slack, and a genuinely fun place to spend your work days.

  • Your wellbeing is covered. Competitive health insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, and a full suite of voluntary benefits, because you shouldn't have to think twice about the basics.

  • Good people, good times. Monthly All-Hands, Office Olympics, happy hours, and more. We take the work seriously and the culture seriously too.

  • You're getting in early, and that matters. We're growing fast, but the biggest opportunities are still ahead. The people joining now will help shape what Perry Weather becomes.
