Lead full sales cycle selling weather-risk and safety products to operational buyers across multiple industries. Build territory plans, run discovery with EHS and operations stakeholders, close net-new business, expand accounts, attend trade shows, travel for on-site deals, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape offerings.

Manage day-to-day operations and vendor relationships for corporate office and warehouse, oversee facilities, supplies, security, and workspace organization; coordinate onboarding and interview logistics; support events and internal communications; assist Finance with clerical accounting tasks; improve office processes and maintain shared resources.

Lead revenue operations by defining GTM strategy and building scalable quote-to-cash systems across HubSpot, Zoho, and ERP. Drive segmentation, data quality, integrations, forecasting, and operational intelligence. Partner with sales and engineering to solve bottlenecks during rapid B2B SaaS growth and improve revenue visibility and customer activation.

Own the roadmap and lifecycle for Perry Weather's connected hardware portfolio. Build and operate an NPI process from concept through validation and launch. Define requirements, drive prototyping and validation, lead cross-functional hardware development, improve fleet reliability, partner on manufacturing and supply chain readiness, and support GTM, installability, and serviceability.

Own the vision, roadmap, and commercial strategy for Perry Weather's API platform, integrations, and partner ecosystem. Prioritize and launch integrations, work with customers and partners, define success metrics and commercial models, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to improve API usability, developer experience, and data-as-a-product offerings to drive adoption and revenue.

Design and maintain embedded Linux platform software including kernel, drivers, BSP and bootloader. Implement IoT connectivity stacks and OTA updates, integrate cloud IoT services, support hardware bring-up, establish CI/CD and automated testing, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate on firmware architecture.

Provide operational forecasts and real-time weather support for diverse customers, respond to inbound requests, prepare daily forecasts, advise on safety/operational decisions, partner with Customer Success, and improve forecasting processes.
