Responsibilities About the Team
Rattaché au Directeur du Studio, vous participerez activement à la gestion administrative du studio :
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES
- Office Management
- Suivi des fournitures et gestion des prestataires (maintenance, sécurité, etc.)
- Accueil physique et téléphonique
- Participation à la vie du studio (événements, communication interne)
- Gérer l’organisation quotidienne du Studio (bureaux, équipements, etc.)
- Organisation des réunions, déplacements et événements interne
- Communications internes
- Interface avec les partenaires externes et les équipes internes
- Réaliser l’onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Participer aux réfléxions gloabales sur les projets RH transverses (QVT, RSE, culture interne, etc)
- Support financier et administratif ponctuel
- Gestion d’une partie des factures fournisseurs
- Vérification des notes de frais
- Formation en gestion, administration, comptabilité ou assistanat
- Excellente maîtrise des outils du Pack Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Maîtrise des procédures et pratique administratives courantes
- Sens de l’organisation, ponctualité, rigueur et discrétion
- Bon relationnel, bonne communication et esprit d’équipe
- Anglais professionnel apprécié

About Our Team
Founded in 2010 and later acquired by Virtuos in 2017, our Paris studio is located within the lush confines of Parc Saint-Christophe in Cergy – close to the city center of Paris and easily reachable by public transport.
Our studio has a full suite of capabilities to undertake projects of varying scopes, including co-developments, adaptations, and remasters of AAA games. A great example of this is our recently launched homemade game, Mahokenshi, which was released in January 2023.
Virtuos Paris houses a team of experts from technical artists and game designers to engineers. Our Paris studio takes pride in its engineering team’s depth of experience, which has been providing its rich expertise in re-engineering and adaptation, as well as in gameplay mandates to our global partners to bring some of the world’s top AAA games to life.
