Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Office Manager [gn] to support our Paris office and the Zeenea France leadership team. This role is a mix of administrative and operational responsibilities, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be the go-to person for ensuring the smooth running of our Paris office and for providing vital support to our executives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including reception and administrative tasks
- Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and office equipment maintenance
- Organize and maintain an inviting and professional office environment, including coordinating refreshments and snacks
- Plan and manage office events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Support the leadership team with scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Act as the point of contact for building management, vendors, and visitorsAssist in onboarding new employees and maintaining office compliance
- Coordinate hybrid office schedules and hot desking systems
- Provide accounting support by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and performing data and system entries
- Assist with accounting and systemic monthly closings through data processing
- Support Country HR Management and Payroll teams with service provider communications and administrative tasks
- Assist various departments with administrative responsibilities as needed
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in office management or as an executive assistant in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Proficiency with Office 365, Zoom, Teams, and other collaborative tools
- A proactive and self-starter attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
