We’re looking for an Office Manager & Employee Experience to shape and elevate our workplace culture. At groundcover, we set the bar incredibly high when it comes to our employee experience- from our amazing office environment and unreal swag, to the unique moments we celebrate together. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, hands-on, and passionate about taking our workplace to the next level.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, off-sites, and internal celebrations.
  • Manage daily office operations, including supply management, deliveries, vendor coordination, kitchen upkeep.
  • Coordinate employee gifts, swag, and internal communications for key milestones and company moments.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for both external vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements for conferences, including swag planning in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Work directly with the operations team and founders on day-to-day operations and special projects.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in Employee Experience, welfare, or office management, ideally within a fast-paced organization.
  • Proven experience in the end-to-end planning and execution of global company events.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard workplace tools.

Please note: This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Tel Aviv office.

Skills Required

  • 3+ years in Employee Experience, welfare, or office management
  • Proven experience in planning and executing global company events
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard workplace tools
