As a Data Analyst on the Programmatic team in our Tel Aviv office, you’ll play a vital role in turning large datasets into trustworthy numbers, automated tooling and dashboards that shape our business strategy. Ensuring data validity is central to this role, so a strong attention to detail and a nose for inaccuracies are critical.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ year in a full-time analytics role
- BA/BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management/ Information Systems Engineering / Statistics or similar background
- Strong SQL and hands-on experience working with large datasets and complex tables
- Proven analytical thinking, with real examples of problems you've solved using data
- Hands-on experience using advanced AI tools and AI-assisted tooling (Claude, Cursor, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.) to build apps, dashboards, web pages, and analyses
- A strong sense of ownership and dedication, with a proven ability to work independently
- A proactive, fast-learning collaborator with a passion for driving cross-team goals
- Extensive experience with Excel / Google Sheets
- Fluent English- written and spoken
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with a BI/visualization tool (Tableau is a plus)
- Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g. BigQuery) and large partitioned tables
- Scripting experience (Python or similar) for automation
- Background in ad tech or programmatic advertising
How you’ll make an impact:
- Translate data findings into actionable recommendations and strategic conclusions that directly shape business growth and optimize performance monetization
- Build apps and internal tools that run automated analyses and surface alerts when something looks off
- Design and maintain dashboards that give stakeholders a clear, real-time view of performance
- Dig into open-ended business questions and back your answers with solid data
- Run discrepancy checks between our numbers and our clients' numbers, investigate the root cause of gaps, and clearly explain what's driving them
