What you'll do:
- Provide administrative support to directors and other departments within limited responsibility.
- Manage day-to-day office operations including mail, phone calls, couriers, deliveries, and office supplies.
- Ensure the office is organized, well-stocked, and running efficiently.
- Coordinate with cleaning contractors and other service providers to maintain a professional work environment.
- Manage office setup projects including office moves or workspace changes.
- Coordinate the selection and purchase of office furniture and equipment.
- Work with external contractors and service providers to execute office improvements and projects.
- Fully organize business trips including flights, accommodation, and travel logistics.
- Prepare travel orders and provide comprehensive support for international visitors.
- Support employee relocations and coordinate with legal advisors on migration-related matters.
- Manage administrative workflows through digital tools and email.
- Coordinate with internal and external IT support on office or employee-related technical matters.
- Support the Sales team by preparing reports and entering data into internal systems within limited responsibility.
- Support the Finance team by preparing reports, entering data, and assisting with invoice and IO preparation.
What you need for this role:
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in office administration, office management, or a similar operational role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable using office tools and software (Microsoft Office, email systems, etc.).
